Reader Reviews

A Total Surprise

This is my second Victoria James Mystery novella and I really enjoyed it. First, I didn’t see this coming at all, even though after seeing who the murderer is, all the clues were there. I love that in a mystery. I love the characters – Aggie most of al, of course. I liked the added romantic tension and I can hardly wait to see how deep the corruption goes in this small town. I appreciate that the author gives you a complete mystery in each novella while leaving an on-going story arc to draw the reader to the next in the series. I have already downloaded the third book and I’m looking forward to seeing where the story goes from here.
